This weekend I’ve been down in The Cotswolds for Candice and Andy’s lovely Bay Tree at Burford wedding. This area of England is just so unbelievably pretty isn’t it? I’ve photographed a few Cotswolds weddings now and absolutely love being down here with all the stunning scenery and quaint villages.
Candice is originally from South Africa but the couple now live in London.. and I can see why they chose this beautiful venue. They had lots of family and friends who came from South Africa which made it such a lovely blend of the two cultures, and I loved that their flowers were a reflection of this, with pretty English roses and striking South African Protea.
Candice looked absolutely perfect, with a gorgeous braid, relaxed, loose curls and that Pronovias dress!
They had their ceremony in the conservatory followed by a wonderful blessing taken by Andy’s Dad, Bill. Then on to the wedding breakfast with such beautiful decorations and floral table runners. They had their own, private, table for two which was so sweet, surrounded by their friends and families.
After their meal we took a stroll across the road by those amazing cottages which are just the best backdrop for wedding photos. I was in my element! And they finished the day with garden games at sunset and dancing back in the conservatory.
Thanks so much for having me Candice and Andy!
