Molly and Tom’s wedding at The Castlefield Rooms in Manchester was so much fun. It was full of colour, smiles, live music and dancing! It pretty much rained for the whole day non-stop but that really didn’t dampen their spirits at all!

The bride and her bridesmaids got ready at home and they had lots of giggles in between hair and make-up, with a bottle of fizz and some silly props too. Her nephews were the cutest and it was so lovely to see them all again after doing Molly’s sister, Sophie’s wedding a few years ago and a family shoot for them too.

Molly and her bridesmaid Lauren are cake makers (MolLol Creations) and so it was a given that there’d be mountains of cake involved…. Wedding cake, brownies, a second three tier cake and even sausage rolls!

Probably the most memorable thing about the day was their musicians…. Molly’s Chambers and Rich Fiddle played the fiddle in a way I’ve never seen before and got everyone on their feet and dancing, it was bouncing! Molly and Tom’s guests all absolutely loved it and the party certainly started early! They then played again at night to a full dance floor which was great fun to photograph/join in!

We finished the day by nipping out at dusk and sheltering under the railway bridge to light some sparklers out of the drizzling rain. Lots of singing and cheering and a great end to a lively day.
