Eaves Hall Wedding Photographer
Rebecca and Oli’s Eaves Hall Wedding was so, so pretty and elegant. This couple have the biggest, most infectious smiles … they literally didn’t stop all day and their guests were just so happy and relaxed.
I photographed Rebecca’s sister Jen and her husband Adam at their wedding three years ago, so it was really lovely to see them all again and a few familiar faces amongst the crowd. It really feels like I’m part of the family when I get to go back to the same clients again, I love that so many of my brides and grooms’ families have just welcomed me in!
Rebecca and the girls got ready in The Lodge, down at the bottom of the driveway at Eaves Hall. Her hair was by Yvonne from Fibre Hairdressing and Petal and Twig florists did an outstanding job on all the flowers .. the decorations, the bouquets and also the pretty flower girl’s crown and floral hoop. I loved them! One of the most memorable moments was the reaction of the girls and Rebecca’s dad as she walked down the stairs, they were quite rightly in awe as she just looked perfect. Her dress was so delicate with very fine lace, very pretty indeed.
Oli was waiting up at Eaves Hall with the guests in the ceremony room. I loved his face as she walked into the room with her dad. They wrote vows to read to each other which were so sweet and really personalised the whole ceremony and created lots of emotion too!
We managed to enjoy the beautiful gardens at this stunning Lancashire venue as it stayed dry for us to get some portraits of just the two of them. I do love an Eaves Hall wedding… it just has so much variety as a venue. Inside the reception room they had created details with a movie theme, with each table being named after a famous movie couple. Their table plan and name cards had cute illustrations drawn by a friend which looked fabulous. They also had a very delicious looking cake table, with lots of homemade cakes (many made by Oli’s mum) and a gorgeous wedding cake too.
After some emotional speeches we all switched across the hallway to where the room was set up for cutting the cake and getting on with some dancing. Music was expertly provided by DFC who got everyone busting their best moves as always… such a good party!!
Here’s my favourites of this brilliant day up in Clitheroe …
