I’m Emma and guess what… I love a good wedding! Your day will be a perfect reflection of you.. and I hope to document this uniqueness. From the hand-crafted little details and subtle glances to the big and unforgettable moments. I like to capture natural, relaxed photographs which document your wedding day as it happens, rather than too much shouting and herding of all your guests! I love to mingle amongst your friends and family and capture their personalities as they interact with each other, and find the most treasured and memorable photographs are usually the ones which capture real moments, so strive to work in an unobtrusive way and try to avoid too much posing. I want you to enjoy your wedding day and spend time with your guests and not spend it standing around posing for hundreds of photos!
I’ve been a wedding photographer for 12 years now and still pinch myself that it’s my job! I did a photography degree at university but never imagined I would get into weddings.. I was very much into graphic design and architecture, so the total opposite really, but after doing a few weddings for friends and family I quickly realised I loved photographing people. I love that weddings bring families together and I get to spend one day immersed in the excitement and emotions that you and your family experience. I also love that it takes me all across our beautiful country and also across the world… Essentially I’m a people watcher and this is a people watcher’s dream job! Here are a few fun facts about me and some things I love…
I live in Leyland with my husband, 2 girls and our super fluffy, teddy bear dog, Dudley
We love travelling the country in our red VW camper called Doris .. and getting away for ‘one nighters’ to camp in the Lake District
I have a life long love of Ballroom Dancing and am qualified to teach!
I love to paint.. something I did a lot of in college and really need to make time to do more.
I have a bit of an obsession with anything floral or colourful… clothes, interiors, art, … you can see why I like weddings.

I'm struggling to find the words to describe just how utterly AMAZING this wedding was! Sarah and Andy had a Forest wedding in Lancashire ... actually at Spring Cottage in Rivington which is one of my favourite venues ever. It was completely relaxed and totally...
